Company History

Accurate Home Care was founded in January 2002. Having worked in the home care field for other agencies, our company's founder, Amy Nelson, saw an opportunity to make the home care world a better place.

Amy felt there needed to be an agency that cared about the needs of all, respected all contacts and provided the personal touch philosophy. She started Accurate Home Care, LLC to meet this need.

Amy developed a set of goals that she wanted to achieve. To reach these goals, Amy outlined specific areas of focus:

    * Service each client with competent and compassionate staff
    * Maintain open communications with our clients and employees
    * Treat our clients and employees with the utmost respect
    * Serve as a partner to the community

We started in a 10x10 home office space and have grown to our headquarters, located in Elk River, MN. We continue to experience growth because we have achieved and maintained these goals.

All of the individuals that we interact with on a daily basis, whether it's clients, employees, family members or a referral source are treated as if they are the only one that matters. 

Our staff is very empathetic and caring to everyone they encounter. We are happy to say that we perform quality work to meet the needs of our clients and maintain excellent benefits and competitive pay for our employees.
