Skilled Nurses wanted for Senior Bridge Visits in Peoria! We are currently seeking RN/LPNs to work with geriatrics for skilled visits. The nurse will make visits to clients' homes in the Peoria area according to doctor's orders and ensure that clients' needs are being met. The qualified candidate will be able to work independently and will be very trustworthy. Flexibility is a must; as well as, organized. Home Care and Medicare experience is preferred and this position requires a year of nursing experience. Other desirable skills include great communication and customer service skills, the ability to work independently and compassion for those who receive home health care services.
