I have worked for Accurate Home Care since 2003. I have worked for other agencies and I'm very impressed with Accurate. They are concerned not only about the client's medical care, but also the emotional health of the client, the entire family, and the staff. They are very reliable with returning phone calls, addressing issues, and staffing. They even help with school funding issues. The client I work for has been with several agencies and says that Accurate is by far the best including staffing, keeping staff, families, and clients informed, and the office personnel are always very pleasant. There is always someone in the office to contact on a 24-hour a day basis. I, as a nurse, agree because I have called during some late hours and never had to wait long for a response.
