Client with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)

This client has communication and mobility challenges.  The client has an active family and utilizes PCA services to help attend ALS support group meetings.  This client has used the services of multiple agencies but appreciates the personalized attention they receive from Accurate Home Care.
