An unfortunate accident resulted in Spinal Cord Injury

Client requires tracheotomy and ventilator dependence, Gastronomy tube dependence and left him near quadriplegia.  After many hospitalizations and time spent in rehab facilities, the nurses give 24 hour a day care in the comfort of his home.  The nurses assist with coordination of care, communication with specialists and community outreach programs to acclimate him to his new way of life.
