A 20 year old man with Cerebral Palsy

He requires assistance from another person to perform all aspects of his daily living. He is non-ambulatory and has limited use of his hands.  He receives about 15 hours a day of PCA services as well as 2 hours a day of Private Duty Nursing.  With the help of his nurses and PCA's to assist with his cares he is overcoming his functional limitations and is now attending college.
