Woman with diagnosis of Alzheimer's

While her husband is at work, she receives the supervision and assistance of her PCA's. She needs constant attention due to her memory loss and inability to perform her own ADL's. The PCA's assist with making her meals, Bowel and Bladder program, and tending to her social needs as well.
