Baby boy born at 26 weeks gestation was only 1 lb at birth

Client has a tracheotomy and is ventilator dependent. He requires 24 hours of  nursing care per day to monitor respiratory status, monitor for infections and provide nutritional support.  He receives PT/OT/ST and the nurses help with therapies by following recommendations from the therapists. He is making good progress with his respiratory status, growth and development with help from the AHC nurses.
