Teenager with Epilepsy and traumatic brain injury

She is trach dependent, uses heat and humidity to her stoma and is G-tube dependent.  She is not able to communicate so the nurses need to anticipate all needs. With help from our 24 hour nursing team, she is able to live at home with her family and has not been hospitalized for 5 years with the help of her nursing team 24 hours per day.
