Child with diagnosis of Down's Syndrome

He gets 3 hours a day of PCA services. This client needs assistance with all of his ADL's.  He enjoys talking things apart which is why he needs constant supervision.  Client is working on getting himself dressed and potty training with the assistance from the PCA and family members.
