Amy has been involved the medical field since 1999. She first became interested in pursuing this career after volunteering in the Emergency Room at Methodist Hospital, in St. Louis Park, MN. She soon discovered the home care world and saw this as her calling. Amy's mission to treat all with respect and care on a personal level thrives throughout the organization today. She remains a vital part of Accurate Home Care and is involved on a daily basis. She oversees all aspects of the company, including marketing, employee relations, client relations, human resources, financial overview and much more. Amy has grown this company to over 400 clients across the state of Minnesota. |

Terry has enjoyed working with Accurate Home Care since July 2005. She utilizes her talents, strong sense of ethics and background in business to ensure that we continue to strive to offer the best possible care to our clients. Additionally she makes sure the workplace environment is safe and friendly for all our employees. She consults regularly with officers from a variety of fields, and governing agencies to help create synergistic solutions for Accurate Home Care. Prior to her current position, she held the position of General Manager for Accurate Home Care. Raised in various areas in the U.S. and abroad, Terry now lives in Minnesota. She has done so for 21 years, which finally gives her the sense of home with her two children that both live near by. |

Carol joined Accurate Home Care in 2003. Carol began her career in healthcare in 1989 working as a nursing assistant, becoming an LPN in 1991 and then continuing her education to become an RN. She then joined Accurate Home Care as a field professional nurse, becoming a Private Duty Nursing Case Manager in 2005 and was promoted to her current position of Director of Nursing in 2007. Carol feels it's her obligation and mission to the community to ensure clinical, safety and quality standards in the home care setting. She achieves this by providing leadership and supervision to private duty nursing case managers, field professional nurses and medical staffing coordinators at Accurate Home Care.

| Paula Gutheridge

As a child, Paula tended to her five siblings' illnesses and brought home a variety of sick animals and birds to nurse to wellness or comfort them. Therefore, nursing was a natural path for her to take. As an LPN, she began her career in a skilled facility as a charge nurse and subsequently was recruited to work in her small hometown hospital with a thirty-four bed capacity. It was the knowledge she gained there as the head respiratory nurse responsible for the bedside ventilator, the Bird IPPB machines and one-to-one nursing during ICU, CCU or ambulance assignments that linked her to home care years later. Other clinical areas in which she has gained invaluable experience include working on a surgical floor in a large hospital, working as an Intravenous Therapy Technician and assisting five physicians in a Urology Group. After the birth of her second son, Paula decided to answer a help wanted ad with a small home care company seeking a nurse with ventilator experience. The chance to work a flexible schedule, give one-on-one cares, and work close to home intrigued her. Paula is now in her nineteenth year of home care. She has since obtained her Registered Nursing Degree. Paula has fulfilled many roles for Accurate Home Care since 2003 and has been in her current position as the Director of Education since December of 2004. Her know-how with gastric feedings, urinary catheterization, wound cares, tracheotomies, ventilators, intravenous therapy, hospice, pediatrics, adult, and geriatric cares are just a few of the areas that enhance her ability to provide educational opportunities for our employees.

Jackie has been with Accurate Home Care since July 2005. In her current
position, Jackie oversees all initial contact with referrals and clients. This includes client
paperwork, client medical records, and coordinating services for clients. She also manages
business development by contacting new and existing referral sources in an effort to expand our
commitment to enhance the quality of life for those that benefit from our services in the
community thus carrying out the Accurate Home Care mission of providing quality professional
care. |

Kelly Larson

Kelly has been with Accurate Home Care since September 2006. She oversees the Human Resources Department, which handles: benefits, new hire orientations, and employee files. She also coordinates job and vendor fairs bringing the advantages that Accurate Home Care has to offer into the communities we serve. In addition, she assists with daily calls from existing and prospective employees. Kelly has been in the Human Resources field for 7 years and the healthcare industry for 16 years.

Dave has been with Accurate Home Care since 2002. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and provides consulting services on an as needed basis. His main focus is to seek out new expansion sites as well as provide assistance in other business matters based on his previous business experience. Dave has served as management in the production field for over 20 years. He has also had experience with other business ventures of his own.

Jena Chambers
Medical Staffing Supervisor

Jena joined Accurate Home Care in 2008 as the Medical Staffing Supervisor. She began her career in health care in 1995 as an occupational therapist assistant working in chronic neck and back rehabilitation. She has been in health care management since 1997. She managed a rehab clinic and a family practice clinic. She currently oversees the scheduling coordinators, which includes all staffing related activities. She strives for good communication while meeting all the staffing needs of both clients and employees. Her goal is to connect quality staff with our clients in an efficient and timely process.
